About Me

Hello! I am a passionate counseling psychologist dedicated to promoting mental well-being and making a positive impact in society. My mission is to provide compassionate support to those in need of mental and emotional assistance. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness practices. What is the therapy medium?

Choose from online, offline, or a hybrid module. If it is a online session, google meet link will be sent to your email. Kindly check your email. Offline sessions are available only in Manospandana Center address at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. 

What can I expect in the first session?

Is our conversation confidential?

Absolutely. Please review our consent form which will be sent after booking appointment, terms & conditions, and privacy policy.

What is my role as a client and your role as a therapist?

As a Client:

Does the fee remain the same for upcoming sessions?

The Rs.499 offer is a special, limited-time price for your initial session only. Subsequent sessions will be charged at our standard rates. Your therapist will discuss the ongoing fees during your first session.

How many sessions might I require?

The number of sessions required varies from person to person, depending on the nature and complexity of your concerns. Some individuals find relief and clarity within a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that suits your needs.

What is the frequency of the sessions?

Typically, sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your availability and therapeutic needs. Your therapist will recommend a frequency that they believe will be most beneficial for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your slot to another client in need. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?
