With over 13 years of experience in the Mental Health Service field, I am a seasoned Psychotherapist, Counselor, Researcher, and Team Supervisor.

Yes, individual sessions can be arranged alongside couple sessions.

What is the therapy medium?

Choose from online, offline, or a hybrid module. If it is a online session, google meet link will be sent to your email. Kindly check your email. Offline sessions are available only in Manospandana Center address at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. 

Is our conversation confidential?

What we need to do as a couple and what is your role as a therapist in success of these therapy sessions?

As a couple, participating in therapy involves several key actions and commitments to ensure the success of the sessions:

What You Need to Do as a Couple:
  1. Commitment to the Process:

    • Attend sessions regularly and be punctual.
    • Engage actively in the therapy process.
  2. Open Communication:

    • Speak honestly and openly about your thoughts and feelings.
    • Listen to your partner without interrupting and acknowledge their feelings.
  3. Respect and Patience:

    • Show respect for each other’s perspectives, even when they differ from your own.
    • Be patient with the process and with each other.
  4. Willingness to Change:

    • Be open to making changes in behavior and attitudes.
    • Practice new skills and strategies discussed in therapy outside of sessions.
  5. Homework and Practice:
