During each counselling session, a trainee psychologist as an observer may be present. Their role is only to quietly observe and take notes to support the counselling process. Clients will interact exclusively with the counsellor — the observer will not participate or interfere in any way. Your privacy, comfort, and confidentiality remain our highest priority.
