Refund Policy

FEES

The fees for my services are as currently advertised on the system for initial evaluations and

follow-up appointments respectively. Fees may be subject to change for any future

appointments.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24-hour notice.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

We expect payment before the beginning of the session. Mutually agreed minutes bundle/package to be subscribed by paying full amount before commencement of the 1st new session. We accept all major credit cards.

  1. We may charge for the chat, audio, and/or video based counselling/face-to-face therapy sessions and other programs. Before availing any such Service, we will communicate in writing to the User, the applicable charges for the said Service. In addition to these Terms, a User shall also be bound by the terms (if any) mentioned for specific Service(s).
  2. Please note that the charges paid by a Customer, are not refundable. However, in the event a Customer is not satisfied with the Service provided by particular mental health professional, then they may send a mail to [email protected] Manospandana Foundation will review each such mail, on a case to case basis, and give a chance to change the mental health professional, if it deems fit.

The decision of Manospandana Foundation on any such matter shall be final and binding.

INSURANCE POLICIES

I do not currently accept insurance policies. If you are on a PPO plan, I will be considered “out of network.” If you wish to be reimbursed for your sessions, you will need to consult your insurance company to determine their policies regarding mental health benefits for out-of-network providers.
