During every counselling session, an observer will also be present. The observer’s role is only to quietly observe and take notes to support the counselling process. Clients will interact only with the counsellor throughout the session – the observer will not participate or interfere in any way. Your privacy, comfort, and confidentiality will always remain our highest priority.
