He consciously uses them and helps the client understand the importance of Glasser's theory and what changes it can make on life. Coming back to the personal side of it-I struggled with suicidality and extreme thoughts of distress which went to the worst when my parents divorced I self-harmed multiple times I felt no solace at all. I wasn't heard by anyone. It was such a time when I met Sir referred to by my high school counsellor. I live in Mumbai and opted for online sessions only. I who had flunked 12th CBSE took 2 years to struggle and finish it and thanks to Sir's guidance started to study law in Symbiosis law school pune, but there I got addicted to smoking,alcohol due to peer pressure bullying as I was an easy victim there. My self harm thoughts were scaling up then Sir only helped me with managing them at the right time the right person to listen and help the right way. I ultimately,changed colleges three times before securing a seat University of Mississippi School of Law. I graduated with flying colours and then started doing different clerical jobs before eventually apprenticing to a great lawyer and my mentor. This time I really didn't require Sir's help anymore. SO PLEASE FRIENDS DON'T TAKE HASTY DECISIONS. LIFE IS TOO SMALL TO WORRY, BUT in that small life we do find the depth of an ocean, each day could go on like a year in times of despair and agony. I request you all to reach out for help and check on your fellow mates you care about every now and then. The psychotherapist you choose is a complete process of trust building and working together as team work. So what worked for one may not for another. I insist you guys introspect and decide the best for yourself. But speaking honestly life is too short for us to harm ourselves destruct our physical health and make it even shorter. So please live life to the fullest. Your good time will definitely come.I know the question why world has been unjust to you alone? Well that's nature and it's how it's designed. "those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint".
