Hello! I am a passionate counseling psychologist dedicated to promoting mental well-being and making a positive impact in society. My mission is to provide compassionate support to those in need of mental and emotional assistance. I firmly believe that therapy, introspection, and addressing challenges can lead to significant personal and professional growth.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness practices. These methods are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them face life’s challenges with confidence. I listen patiently to my clients’ concerns and work collaboratively with them to find effective solutions. I am also a certified Student Counselor.
When I experience stress, I find solace in talking to loved ones or unwinding with movies and dramas. These activities help me relax and lift my spirits. Additionally, I enjoy listening to music and dancing, which aid in regulating my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Combining workouts with music brings me a sense of calm and focus, allowing me to release tension and stress effectively.
