I am a counseling psychologist who is very passionate about working in this field and am happy to be a part of mental well being. I would love to contribute to society by helping out those who are in need of mental and emotional support. I believe that therapies, introspection and working towards their difficulties can bring a lot of change in people both personally and professionally. I encourage the clients to help them regulate their emotions, feelings and behaviors for the situations they face in society. As the days pass, a person should be able to accept their vulnerabilities to a certain extent, understand it and improve themselves to lead a better life in society.
I use Cognitive and Behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure therapy and mindfulness techniques based on the needs of the clients so that it will help them to face the situations with confidence. With patience, I listen to the clients’ problems and help them in working towards resolving it. I am a certified Student Counselor.
I have received my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Jain University.

How do I cope with Stress ?
When I am stressed out, I talk to my loved ones or try to watch some movies / dramas for some relaxation. This later on makes me happy as I am free from all the stress that was in my mind. I also try to add music and dance which helps me in regulating my thoughts, emotions, feelings and behavior.
Whenever I do my workouts and listen to music at the same time, it helps me to forget all the tension and stress and it takes me to a different energy which makes me calm and focused.
