She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness practices. These methods are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, helping them face life’s challenges with confidence. She listens patiently to her clients’ concerns and works collaboratively with them to find effective solutions. She is also a certified Student Counsellor.
